For Brokers & Agents

Zetabid values broker participation and encourages your participation in several ways. Because the brokerage community is vital to the success of our auctions, we invite your continued involvement.

Real estate brokers and agents are always welcome; as we believe that they help the buyer better understand the marketplace. Armed with your knowledge, buyers can bid with confidence, knowing that they have a trusted advocate working on their behalf.

There are recommended steps for brokers and agents to participate with clients in a Zetabid auction:

  • Pre-Register - Have your clients identify you as the agent at time of registration to ensure you are compensated.
  • Review Documents - Review the purchase agreement, property disclosures and Terms & Conditions with your client.
  • Attend Open Houses - Inspect the property with your client during our scheduled Open House.
  • Attend The Auction - Attend the auction and remain with your client(s) for contract signing.
  • Participate - Participate in the webcast with your client(s).
  • Submit - Submit absentee bids on behalf of your clients.
  • Pre-Qualify - Ensure your clients get pre-qualified.

Compensation

The seller compensates brokers 2% to 3% of the high bid price each time a buyer (represented by you) purchases a home at one of our auctions.

Properties Remain Listed With The MLS

All properties have no off-market time prior to the auction. Unlike other auction facilitators, Zetabid maximizes your opportunity to sell inventory because properties, even those to be auctioned, are never removed from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

A Marketing And Advertising Partnership

Zetabid promotes auction inventory and broker and agent information via a network of print, broadcast and online partners, delivering a large, quality pool of registered bidders to the auctions. Zetabid also leverages the expertise of its venture partners that have auctioned over $1.2 billion in real estate.

Important note: If a broker is purchasing a home for themselves as a principal owner, they will not receive the broker compensation fee.
